Overnight Oats
Overnight oats with pecans
Mix up your morning routine with this fresh take on overnight oats, with a dash of pecans and fresh fruit for a balanced bite.
Ingredients
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of chia
- 3 teaspoon of pecans chopped
- For serving: fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine oats, milk, maple syrup, chia and vanilla extract in a mason jar or bowl
- Seal with a lid and shake to mix
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours
- Add the pecans and your favorite fresh fruit on top
