Mix up your morning routine with this fresh take on overnight oats, with a dash of pecans and fresh fruit for a balanced bite.

Overnight oats with pecans


  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of chia
  • 3 teaspoon of pecans chopped
  • For serving: fresh fruit


  1. Combine oats, milk, maple syrup, chia and vanilla extract in a mason jar or bowl
  2. Seal with a lid and shake to mix
  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours
  4. Add the pecans and your favorite fresh fruit on top
